Super-Gold+™ Gap-Filling Odorless Foam-Safe CA Glue 1/2 oz.

Our odorless foam-safe CAs, SUPER-GOLD Thin and SUPER-GOLD+ gap filling medium thickness, are non-frosting and bond in just 2 or 3 seconds longer than Insta-Cure and Insta-Cure+. They do not emit any fumes that may irritate the senses. SUPER-GOLD CAs are gentle on white foam, making them perfect for constructing foam core wings and assembling or repairing plastic and foam ARF models without causing fogging on clear plastic surfaces.

SUPER-GOLD+ is specially designed for attaching clear canopies in plastic model kits, while MAXI-CURE is recommended for the rest of the assembly process. For quick bonding of wood to white foam, SUPER-GOLD+ can achieve a strong bond in less than fifteen seconds. When bonding foam to foam, spraying a light mist of INSTA-SET on one piece followed by the application of SUPER-GOLD+ on the other piece before joining is recommended to prevent excess heat that may melt the foam.

Both SUPER-GOLD variants cure to a more flexible consistency, providing improved shock absorption properties. When using large amounts of CA, such as saturating fiberglass or Kevlar, SUPER-GOLD is the preferred choice as it eliminates the unpleasant fumes from the evaporating monomer that can occur with regular CA use.
