This small circle cutter is skillfully constructed to leave no trace of a center pin mark and effortlessly cut a 1 inch circle. The circle size can range from 11/16" to 6-11/16" in diameter. For larger circles, the CE-700P can be used to extend the range from 6-1/4" up to 15-3/4" in diameter (extension beam sold separately).

This simple-to-use circle cutter for paper is ideal for creating crafts, models, and other light-duty tasks. It features two built-in storage compartments to hold extra blades and comes with six 45-degree refill blades and a centering guide to assist in finding the center point.
